Known cultivars:

- Tom Juul's Giant (T. pachanoi)  - This is a very popular cultivar that has particularly large, girthy stem compared to other pachanoi specimens. It originated in Tom Juul's backyard in San Francisco. It was originally distributed by Cactus Gem Nursery in the South Bay. Years later, after Tom Juul passed away, Kakster saved cuttings before they were bulldozed and distributed them to his friends and customers, including Sacred Succulents. As the popularity of this cultivar grew, people apparently began putting the label "Juuls Giant" on other pachanoi plants with a similar, girthy phenotype. Now there are a lot of clone with that name, but are not the original. To avoid this confusion, many collectors now call it "Tom Juul's Giant Yard" or Sacred Succulents (SS) TJG" to differentiate the original cultivar from the look-alikes.

- SS02 (T. bridgesii)  - This cultivar orriginated in the collection of Ed and Betty Gay were known to collect plants in South America. Ben Kamm, of Sacred Succulents, got truckload of plants from their collection, and gave this special plant the name SS02.

- Sharxx Blue (T. peruvianus)  - This cultivar came from the Dawson's Cactus Collection  in Australia. It was named after a SAB (Shaman Australis Board) member. It is a thick growing, short-spined peruvianus, that is known for its very blue skin.
