This population is only a couple generation old and contains crosses between Cargill NTZ Cateto Sulino, Zdrowie, Little Red Flint (Uruguay), Piamonte, Marano, Oxbow Flint, and Lofthouse Orange Flint.I am selecting a pure flinty endosperm, deeper orange color, and productivity. This makes a really beautiful polenta when coarsely ground.
