Brassica juncea
This is the first generation after intercropping many mustard varieties from various sources. These were all labeled as B. juncea, but it is possible that some were actually B. rapa. There were both spicy and mild individuals in this population. Though there was a lot of overlap in flowering between different varieties, this species is largely self-pollinating. So, it is possible that this merely a mix of varieties, instead of a true grex. But there have been reports of 11-24% outcrossing in B. juncea, so some crosses are possible.
